The Quotify Technology Platform Solution

Quotify provides a robust, integrated platform that enables dynamic and custom consumer engagement as part of the Request-for-Quote experience.  The Quotify Platform is available as a turnkey, software-as-a-service solution that simplifies the creation, execution and management of Cost-Per-Lead campaigns and related campaign assets.  Several years of in-market performance and research have been productized into the work flow and tools utilized by the Quotify Platform.

To maximize potential revenue, the Quotify platform can generate leads anywhere an IAB friendly advertising unit is displayed or standalone on its own site.  By including a few lines of javascript directly or within any supported ad platform, Quotify is able to present the end-user with a dynamic, custom form in order to qualify the user’s requirements and assist them in submitting the most relevant data to ensure the highest quality match is achieved with potential providers and advertisers.  This “Engagement” can occur in a variety of methods, such as:

  • an inline expansion
  • a light box experience in front of the page content
  • within the ad unit itself
  • a standard teaser directing to a custom content micro-site

In each of the above listed methods, only the last will direct the user to an offsite property, ensuring the user remains on the originating publisher site through the completion of the Request for Quote experience.

Matching algorithm utilizes provider priority weightings with consumer priority weightings
The Quotify Platform utilizes a highly configurable algorithm when connecting consumers to providers in order to ensure the highest quality match and campaign objectives are achieved. Providers are able to create, select and weight attributes that define their business profile and activity along with the most desired attributes of potential consumer matches.  These attributes are utilized, along with historical performance data and user feedback, to rank and match the appropriate provider to the consumer once the job request has been initiated.
Example defined attributes include:

  • Time of service, or job timeline
  • Location of service, including proximity to other scheduled activity
  • Scope of job request or areas of expertise
  • Job budget
  • Consumer ratings
  • Desired campaign activity; budget

By enabling users to configure the algorithm on the fly, the platform ensures both a high quality match and the ability to achieve campaign objectives.

Increase Lifetime Value of consumer engagement across industry and time based events
The Quotify Platform extends and enhances the lifetime value of a consumer beyond the initial engagement through the Quotify Life Events taxonomy.  This allows a network of related services to be presented to the consumer during the initial engagement as well as over a distinct time-based communication channel that is specific to the originating request.

For example, a person searching for Moving Services may also require Storage, Home Insurance, Landscaping Contractors, Pest Control and perhaps a new gym membership.  With permission, the Quotify Platform will follow up at scheduled intervals that have been established as part of the Quotify Life Events system with the consumer and the appropriate Service Providers.  Each and every Life Events sequence and relationship is customizable beyond the initial suggested default settings.

In addition, an ontology of each industry within the Quotify Platform maps the relationships and connects verticals within each industry for use during keyword planning, Life Events services and content generation.

Robust Reporting helps increase revenue and ensure proper coverage
The Quotify Campaign Manager provides detailed reporting on every aspect of the activity within the Quotify Platform.  The reporting engine analyzes inbound job requests and fulfillment to ensure all consumer demand is being appropriately matched.  Likewise, the reports can provide insight into areas – such as location or job scope – where more coverage is needed to maximize revenue.

The reports also highlight standard “conversion funnel” metrics, including engagement, drop-off and conversion points in order to assist in refining the qualification process to maximize efficiency and campaign spending. The automatic reports generated by the Platform enables anyone to reach actionable insights about campaign activity to ensure maximum profitability.

The Quotify Platform integrates with a variety of third-party advertising platforms to provide a comprehensive view into campaign activity, spend and return on investment.  From within the Quotify Campaign Manager, advertisers are able to review which external advertising or keyword campaigns are most effective in acquiring traffic or driving conversions through the Quotify Platform. The Quotify integrated campaign reporting ensures maximum revenue from any given campaign spend.
